  Who ever pick up the phone today at 6:00 needs to work at AMAZON, you should NOT be aloud to speak with customers in a customer service. The food is always good though, but it was always good before this man worked there. It’s been good for years 10/10 food always !

  I just want to say thank you to Talon & the rest of the crew for being there today! When I walked in, the lobby was FULL of people waiting for pizza but they handled it greatly. It was the day after getting over 10 inches of snow, they showed up & did an amazing job! Thank you guys! Thank you so much! I hope they got home safe & weren’t too tired! I appreciate this team very much.

  This whole situation started in late October. Ordered 2 pizzas, some wings, and garlic bread from here. Took 2 hours to get it and when I got it the delivery driver shoved it all at me and when the ranch fell on the ground he said “well that was free anyway”. I was about to give him a undeserved cash tip before he turned around and left. My food was incredibly cold and not even made correctly. I called to get a refund for the disappointment of an order. They said they would refund the food and it would take 3-5 business days. Instead of a refund they actually put a $6 tip on it. So not only did I not get a refund but they stole from me as well. I called back after 7 days when I noticed that I didn’t get my refund. Someone answered and I asked if I could talk to a manager. They told me to hold, after a good 5-6 minutes the same person came back on and said that the manager doesn’t want to talk right now and that they will take a message. I asked for my refund, they put me on hold again, they came back and said that it should be in my account 3-5 business days. I called back after another week and went through the whole charade again. Still don’t have a refund and I don’t expect it but maybe it will show up in 3-5 days. Do not and I mean DO NOT give this “establishment” your business. Not only will they screw you over but they will steal from you as well.
