    I've ordered from this location before and it's usually been delivered in a timely fashion. This last time I ordered, however, was bad enough to make me leave a very poor review. First, it should not take a whole hour to make the order I ordered. Secondly it should not take a whole hour to deliver said order to my location. It takes max 15 minutes to get to my location. Why is it taking so long. I regret even giving a tip cause this is just garbage service. I don't care if the food doesn't look well put together or anything like that, as long as it tastes good. But if y'alls inability to work in a timely fashion means I end up not getting to eat before I have to work or anything like that, I will get mad. Last thing: someone PLEASE PICK UP THE PHONE! I do not want that stupid automatic robot telling me that my order is now out or that they will try to connect me to someone. Bring back when you could actually talk to someone in store because this situation is absolutely unacceptable!

    Extremely disappointing experience at the Domino’s located at 3205 N Sharon Amity Rd, Charlotte, NC 28205. I placed an order for 5 medium pizzas and 16 garlic bread for my kids’ birthday party. After waiting over 1 hour and 30 minutes, I called the store several times. Instead of giving me any update, the manager kept hanging up the phone on me. Because of the delay and the lack of communication, the birthday party was ruined. The party was from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and most of the kids left without food because the order never arrived on time. Completely unacceptable. I have screenshots proving the order time, and the way management handled this situation was unprofessional and disrespectful. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any Domino’s location.

    Why does the delivery drivers keep dropping or placing the pizza on the front porch without knocking on the door or ringing the door bell? Not all of the deliveries can be tracked. I'm so tired of this. My son is a very picky eater and that's the only reason I keep ordering from here. I tried not to right a review but I couldn't get in contact with a person. Plus I gave a 30 percent tip. I want my tip back.
