I called to place an order, and the phone rang for approximately 18 minutes without anyone answering. This is not the first time this has happened — it’s actually the third time I’ve experienced the same issue when trying to order by phone. Out of frustration, I drove to the store, only to find the phone still ringing unanswered. When I arrived, an employee named Leila came to the counter to take my order. I mentioned that I had been calling for 18 minutes with no response, and her only reply was “ok.” When I asked if “ok” was her response to my complaint, she ignored the question and said, “we’re busy.” While I understand the store can get busy, this repeated issue and the dismissive attitude from staff are unacceptable. If phone orders are no longer being taken, please communicate that clearly to customers so we can use another ordering method instead of wasting time calling. As a regular Domino’s customer, I expect better communication and more professional customer service. Thank you for looking into this matter and addressing both the unanswered calls and staff behavior.

The app that’s suppose to accurately track when your food leaves the facility must either not be accurate or the drivers are that incompetent that it takes them 40mins plus to get across the street! If you ever get your food. Then they never answer the phone you’ll be on hold for over 20 mins without speaking with an actual human being. I’ve experienced this multiple Times and it’s always the same thing. If I can rate this store a - 192282829 stars I would.
