  My family and me have been waiting for an hour for my 3 year old son to get his pizza is so insanely stupid.Then we entered the store and she said we have to wait an hour more.I specifically said to refund everything else except for my son’s pizza.She was totally racist and said “I refunded everything.” I told her to reorder my son’s pizza. She said “ok,but you have to wait 2 more hours,because you are in the back of the line.” She also said she is the only one making pizzas even though there was like 2 people in the back. She also said she was the “manager.” So I asked her what her name was and she said “I don’t have to tell you anything “ So my wife asked the other person the other person to please make a pizza for my son. And she said “Ignore them.” We had to leave the store with my son hungry. She was an white girl with glasses and tattoos in their arms

  The service from the supposed manager was awful, terrible, disgusting. She refused to give her name because of how rude she was. We ordered the pizza almost an hour in advance, and when we arrived, the screen said an 8-minute wait, so we waited patiently. Then, suddenly and rudely, she told us we had to wait another 45 minutes. We told her that was too long, and she was incredibly rude. She gave us a refund, and when we asked her to please make the pizza for our 3-year-old, she told us we'd be last in line. She's a white woman with light eyes and light hair, glasses, and tattoos on her arms. It's so disappointing that they hire people like that. Domino's should fire her immediately because she makes the company look terrible. She was completely racist. This Domino's store was a huge disappointment. The worst experience of my life.😤

  The food is great just like all Domino's pizzas but I will tell you that the parking really really sucks. It's hard to get in and out of this place if you don't come really early.

  The gal behind the counter with the tattoos on her arms with short hair uses awful to her employee. I came in a few days ago to order pizza for my daughter's Christmas PJ party. Pizza & wings. Waiting to place my order, the way this gal was talking to a tall, young man who was cutting the pies...was out of place. Profanity shouldn't be allowed in an open environment. I've heard the "F" word before but this gal was dropping bombs all over the place. I walked out & went to another Domino's. Too bad for me because this Domino's on S. Tryon is close to where I live. I don't know her position, hopefully she's not in Management. I believe her name was Kelly or Kreegan or Kelly Keegan .. something like that.

  A HOT MESS ! I ordered online …7:40 it says Leah was preparing the order & it’ll be done 7:55-8:05 carside delivery ! Walk in at 8:10 to see what’s going on they haven’t even started on the pizza 30 mins later …..WHY OFFER S SERVICE WITH A TIME FRAME & don’t fullfil orders on time ! A zero outta zero stars ! Everyone inside is clueless
