ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Taylor the manager is rude and unprofessional and Dre who worked 2/11/26 around 6:45 pm is even worse. Both should he fired and represent dominos pizza horrifically! I ordered 2 pizzas and a brownie they messed up one whole pizza order and burned my brownies. When I called and told the manager Taylor she acted as if we were the problem with THEIR mistake and incompetent when all they have to do is read. She offered no apology and said she would do half replacement. My mother went to the store and Taylor was not there so she told Dre and he remade the pizza 100% wrong. But in addition to that he never apologized or said he was working on it, once mom explained and said our name was written down by Taylor he just walked off and started making it then once finished sat the boxes on the counter and walked off. In what universe and what business is this acceptable behavior? Who hires these unprofessional immature people? Leadership truly needs to re-evaluate the hiring process and monitor surveys because this i’m sure isn’t a one off. I will be contacting corporate because this type of behavior is unacceptable for paying customers. I want a full refund, an apology and a decent company would offer some additional form of compensation for a three time horrible customer service experience. Do Better and to Taylor & Dre you should find peace in the fact Dominos decided to hire you because if you worked for me a or company that was customer service driven you would be unemployed and had I been there I would be happy to tell you both just that face to face. No excuse to be an adult and be so ignorant!

Last night I ordered from the mix and match deal for my family, 2 pizzas and a sandwich. As I was en route to pick up the order I received a call from the store stating that they did not have the items to fulfill the sandwich (the bread) and asked if I wanted something different. I asked if they offered bread bowls for the pasta anymore and she told me no. I asked if I could sub for the wings and I was immediately told no because of the price difference (I’m aware of the $2 charge). Now here is where I figured that the “make it right” and overall general guest service hospitality would come into play. I asked if they could just fulfill my order with the wings because it’s not my fault that they don’t have the product in hand to operate. The girl told me that “if it was something that they messed up then they could but since they called me to tell me then I can’t.” I’m sorry? The $2 wasn’t the problem to pay - but I figured they would be more concerned about making the situation right. I asked if they could just swap for a regular pizza so they didn’t have to stress about $2.18 but I was still told no. They would HAVE to refund just to recharge me for the exact same price point. I didn’t expect for my card to be charged twice back to back. It was too much of a hassle for the employee to handle so I just decided to cancel the entire order and went elsewhere. PLEASE conduct a hyper focus training at this location (or the corporation) in all things customer service. My situation could’ve easily been corrected with no issue but this team obviously has no idea how to flex with customer issues. She stated the GM told them that they couldn’t do things like swapping without refunding. I’ve managed in food service for years - the swap I was inquiring about would’ve cost next to nothing. I wasn’t asking for 10 free pizzas - I was asking for a replacement for something that YOU couldn’t offer (thought it was paid for) but I was unable to enjoy dinner that night.

Food was burnt and dry I took the pizza back and the ‘manager’ showed zero empathy—no apology, no concern, no basic customer service. They said it would be remade, but the replacement was just as bad as the first. This is the worst service I’ve had from Domino’s in a long time. I’ve submitted a complaint to corporate and will update this review if/when I receive a response. 0/10. Do not recommend. I will not be returning.forgot to add that while I was there complaining another customer came in and just so happened to over hear the conversation and wouldn’t you know. Her order also was made wrong and the “manager” once again showed no empathy. Terrible management will literally run this place down and it’s really sad that people spend their hard earned money in these establishments to be treated like trash. ***response to the dominos rep: their was no email attached to your response Yet another disappointment 🫡
