A moment later it says the order was delivered even though I never got my food. I called to ask what happened, someone picked up and listened to my concerns. They didn’t put me on hold because I could hear them talk to other employees about the situation and eventually they hung up on me after realizing I was still on the phone. I tried calling back 5 times after and they kept hanging up on me. Why have a phone if you’re screening calls, hanging up on customers, or hanging up on them? I hope they enjoy the $25 that I won’t be getting back, seems like they need it.
