    I recently visited your location on 10/31 @8:30pm to pick up an order of 12 large pizzas. The app showed that the order would be ready by 8:35 p.m. However, when I arrived, I spoke with the manager on duty, who was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked for an updated estimate on when the pizzas would be ready, he responded in a condescending tone, saying only that it would be “a long time” and implying that we were unreasonable for placing a large order. His attitude was unprofessional and made the experience very unpleasant. It was also concerning to see that other employees seemed hesitant to speak up or ask questions around him, which reflects poorly on his leadership. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I truly value your business and have always had good experiences in the past. However, this encounter was disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback. Sincerely, Angela and Spouse

    Literally been sitting here for two hrs waiting on a pizza . I stay 6 minutes away guess what I’m watching driver on the app drive past my home . I’m also on the phone calling for the third time and NOBODY answers . Horrible service….. Update she arrived and couldn’t figure out how to use a call button . Then my sauces were missing I called back a young lady answered and left me hold and I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes.. then the pizza is cold

    My experience was terrible, tryed 1st to order on line and once I hit summit to place order it stayed in that part for at least 15 minutes so I then cancelled my order and call them directly only to get automated system, it took me several minutes to get to a live person, now once I placed my order the rep could not complete my order once I was giving him my card number, said he was having system issues and had to transfer me to a manager, stayed on hold for 15/20 minutes, hung up and called back got automated system and requested to speak to manger and again was on hold for several minutes, I was able to speak to manger to complete order, and yes I explained to him my experience, and was not satisfied, the only thing he said he was sorry,I couldn't tell, he could have at least provide me some kind of discount or something for my inconvenience and that did not happen I spent 17+I will never go online or call them only order at store I am so dissatisfied with my experience if they were not so close to my house I would completely cut them off, just saying,, so beware people, hope you don't have to experience what I went through just to order a damn pizza!!!!!!!!!

    September 30th 2025: ordered a pizza and wings at 6:50pm. Order did not arrive (cold and half way cooked) until around 9pm. Called the store , received information on how to order my comp. reorder with the store, thanked them for understanding this was unacceptable and hung up. Received the “sorry it didn’t do good” email. Cool. October 15 2025. Ordered my comp. reorder online , add “cash on delivery” as directed (the exact order). Called to the store to confirm. Needless to say , after 30 min phone call… my order was cancelled and the meal was not comped at all. If my original total on both instances is $27 with taxes and fees, asking me to pay $19 discount is absurd. Pro: whoever hired CJ found a diamond. He handled this call with exemplary customer service. The new employee had no idea what was going on but walked me through all the information the manager on duty was relaying to him - he or she didn’t get on the phone at all in the 30 minutes figuring out THEIR ERROR. Odd since this is a manager escalation I’d think. However , CJ did an outstanding job although his hands were tied. I won’t be ordering from here again but somebody should reward CJ and figure out why management wouldn’t intervene in a situation like this. I want to note I ONLY GAVE 2 stars because of CJ. Nothing more. Another night gone wrong with this Domino’s.
