I also called one hour before I needed the order to make sure the employees knew that my large order would be picked up at 12:00. I was told that they had my order and would have it ready. When I arrived, there was only one employee working, and he had only assembled one out of the 20 needed pizzas. Needless to say, the order was not ready, and I waited 45 minutes for the order. If I did not have students waiting for the pizza, I would have canceled the order. I would NOT recommend this location.

I found mold in the chicken and when I brought it to his attention he shrugged it off. Knowing he would only remove the moldy chicken I took it and trashed the entire container. He says “it’s food cost” he is disgusting and the worst manager I have ever worked with. He cares only about money and not the quality of the food he sends out. Being a girl he doesn’t listen and comes back very rudely towards me and other coworkers IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I have told him multiple times he is unprofessional and not in the condition to run the store properly. All the reviews about him being on his phone or very true and worse because he doesn’t wash his hands between his phone and food. I’ve told the Area Director and Operational manager about the situation but be cautious eating at 8804. Go to Tony’s pizza down the street. Friendly people and good food every time.

Still had to wait another 20 mins what is the purpose of the board and to order when it’s not even ready on time. This place sucks and is ridiculous
