  Horrible manager (loser tattoo)& customer service. Will never spend money here again. Why couldn’t Marcos or Godfather pizza open here.

  I will not be going back to this Dominos after supporting this location since they open. My wife had a e-gift card ,which we have used e-gift cards many times before at this same location . But this time was different this young white manager refuse us to use or gift card. Giving us and excuse of there isn’t and expiration date on it. We explain to him that a e-gift card that is created Through the app doesn’t have and expiration date. there is a card number generated and a pin that is created. He refused to try and work through the process. He decided toTake the pizza to the back, and had some unprofessional things to say as we walked out the door. As I walked to the car I watched him go to the front door and lock it. Like me and my wife was going to try and come back in the store. I have never seen a manager take things to that kind of level. So unprofessional. We went to another Dominos further away from our home and local dominos and what do u know…. No issues at all… Thanks for the extra drive ( local Domino’s). I will take the extra drive for now on..

  Horrible customer service from staff especially the white boy with the brown hair!! I was refused the use of a valid Domino’s e-gift card that clearly states that it doesn’t expired! Mind you this is not my first time using a e-gift card at this location! Instead of helping or checking the policy, he was dismissive and unprofessional and acted like the issue was my fault. No effort was made to resolve anything. If employees aren’t trained on Domino’s own gift cards, that’s a problem. Completely unacceptable experience. After being very rude with me, he took the pizza out of my hand and canceled my order. This was my first time eating all day so I was very frustrated. After I couldn’t even use my e gift card,I ended up going to another location and use it without any issues! This was not called for whatsoever. Get better employees who know how to handle situations with a better attitude and hired more people who has good customer service skills cause sound to me like he hated his job and took his frustration out on me. I won’t be returning to this location after supporting since they open. ”

  Unfortunately, after almost a year of visiting this location this was the FIRST time we’ve experienced extremely poor quality of our order. We requested “extra cheese” on our pizzas but it came without…. Not to mention the dough lost all of its life within a few minutes of bringing it home. We only live 5 minutes away. Apparently Dominos measures/weighs everything before baking your order but I guess that’s the exact, lifeless food that gets pushed out door due to corporate analytics. This was one of the few chain pizzas that still had my attention but sadly, it will be a while before I entertain Dominos again.
