- ABAtanga BarbaraNov 12, 20251.0I visited today and my order was prepared incorrectly. When I pointed it out, the staff member blamed me for the mistake. I returned the food, but I was still charged again for the corrected order and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I don’t mind paying for my meal, but if the restaurant makes an error and I return the food untouched, I don’t believe I should be charged twice. There was also no apology offered. I have been here several times, but this experience was disappointing, and unfortunately, it will be my last visit.
- EPElio PinaNov 6, 20251.0Do not use Dominoe’s located at Steele Creek Rd, Charlotte, NC, 28273, personnel is rude, first time I ordered they give me the wrong order and they were supposed to send me refund and a coupon that I never got, then I ordered a second time, this time on the app, I arrived 45mins later to pick up my order and personnel were rude saying that order was not ready due to an error in their system and I just had to wait, no apologies or anything just rudeness

When we called to fund out why its still not delivered but they answered rudely that they CANCELED it??? Instead of giving right answered why?? They kept saying they can canceled it... We been waited so long that my 2 kids went sleep without eating dinner. If I would knew you have BAD STAFFS working then I would have ordered from PAPAJOHN OE PIZZAHUT. Seems like they cancel only ASIAN people oders......such a discrimination people's work at your place. Hopefully, you will give warning to all or FIRE THEM OR train them well as well who was rude to us specifically, person was calling him self a general manager???

Spoke with someone who said yeah we’re not going to cook it until we can deliver it. When asked when that might be, he said oh idk another 2 hours. I asked for a refund and he hung up on me. Pretty terrible experience.
