    Stopped by Del Frisco’s Steakhouse for brunch as a quick visit. I let my waiter know upfront that I am vegan (or primarily vegan) and specifically asked if they had any vegan options. He seemed unsure and mentioned a burger but said he would need to check whether it was vegan. Because it didn’t seem like he was familiar with vegan-friendly items or dietary restrictions, I decided to keep it simple. I ordered a waffle and requested avocado toast with only avocado and wild mushrooms on top. He repeated the order back and acknowledged the request. Halfway through eating the avocado toast, I realized there was meat mixed in with the mushrooms. I immediately spit it out and asked the waiter if there was meat in the dish. He confirmed that it contained short rib. This was extremely upsetting. I clearly stated my dietary preference beforehand, and despite that, I was served meat. This isn’t just an inconvenience; it’s negligent and inconsiderate, especially for guests with ethical, religious, or health-related dietary restrictions. The staff did remake the order and removed the item from my bill, which I appreciate. However, the damage was already done. I no longer trust this restaurant to safely or accurately accommodate dietary restrictions. For vegans and vegetarians, I’m giving this location 2 out of 5 stars. I will not be returning.

    Took my parents in for their 64th Anniversary date and they had a great experience. Their server Keith and the entire staff treated them like royalty. The food, atmosphere and service was beyond expectations. Thanks Del Frisco's for treating this special couple to a great date.

    We have been to Del Friscos many times and we returned again expecting a perfectly cooked steak as DF rarely disappoints. Our waitress Kelly was amazing, very attentive. However, the steaks were disappointing this visit which is upsetting when you're paying high dollar. My husband ordered his medium rare and it came to the table medium well, even our waitress agreed that it was very overcooked. We've decided we will stick with Epic or give Steak 48 a try next time.

    We came to Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse to celebrate the New Year with our family. Our server, Michaela, was excellent, attentive, professional, and a bright spot in the experience. Unfortunately, we were surprised and disappointed by the lack of management involvement. One of our meals had to be sent back to be re-fired, and while Michaela advised she would speak with management, no manager ever acknowledged the issue. At an establishment of this caliber, it’s typical for management to check in or bring the corrected dish back out after a problem. None of that happened, we actually had to request a manager after we paid. When the manager, Bradley, came to the table, he appeared annoyed and dismissive rather than focused on ensuring we were satisfied. Basic hospitality and management follow-up after a food issue was completely missing. Hopefully this review is not taken lightly, as customer service at this level should extend to management, not just the waitstaff.

    We went in for Christmas Dinner. We had 7 o'clock reservations. We were seated on time. Although service started off a little slow, the server made up for it as the dining experience went on. They were very busy, yet, their food was prepared perfectly. My steak was seasoned and cooked exactly like I had ordered it. My wife and my father (he is a vegetarian, they made him veggie pasta) both commented on the deliciousness of the food and the service provided. We have a wine locker at another steakhouse....we might have to think about making Double Eagle our 1st choice moving forward. Great Job and Kudos to the staff and especially Sydney for making our dining experience fabulous.
