Im almost positive someone sold their soul to be the best chef in Charlotte. The crab cake was not minced or shredded it was like soft delicate crab cotton candy that melted in your mouth and the Filet had a seared peppercorn crust and was the PERFECT Med Rare that was so flavorful. Another homerun was their Chateau Mashed Potatos velvety salty and creamy and were great with the sweet honey glazed rolls. We cant wait to go back and try the rest of what Del Friscos has to offer.
