However, the steaks were disappointing this visit which is upsetting when you're paying high dollar. My husband ordered his medium rare and it came to the table medium well, even our waitress agreed that it was very overcooked. We've decided we will stick with Epic or give Steak 48 a try next time.

Our server, Michaela, was excellent, attentive, professional, and a bright spot in the experience. Unfortunately, we were surprised and disappointed by the lack of management involvement. One of our meals had to be sent back to be re-fired, and while Michaela advised she would speak with management, no manager ever acknowledged the issue. At an establishment of this caliber, it’s typical for management to check in or bring the corrected dish back out after a problem. None of that happened, we actually had to request a manager after we paid. When the manager, Bradley, came to the table, he appeared annoyed and dismissive rather than focused on ensuring we were satisfied. Basic hospitality and management follow-up after a food issue was completely missing. Hopefully this review is not taken lightly, as customer service at this level should extend to management, not just the waitstaff.

Although service started off a little slow, the server made up for it as the dining experience went on. They were very busy, yet, their food was prepared perfectly. My steak was seasoned and cooked exactly like I had ordered it. My wife and my father (he is a vegetarian, they made him veggie pasta) both commented on the deliciousness of the food and the service provided. We have a wine locker at another steakhouse....we might have to think about making Double Eagle our 1st choice moving forward. Great Job and Kudos to the staff and especially Sydney for making our dining experience fabulous.
- TVTina VoDec 21, 20255.0Started off with caesar salads (they are huge, so I recommend sharing) The creamed corn was really salty and we weren’t a fan The chateau mashed potatoes were simple and I feel like they added too much green onion but it was still tasty! I think I would get the whipped mashed potatoes instead next time The ribeye was the juiciest steak I’ve ever had and cooked perfectly. But next time, I will ask them to go light on the seasoning because the dang thing was smothered in salt and pepper 🥲 cooked medium rare perfectly. My boyfriend doesn’t eat beef and he even took second bites of the steak- it was that good They gave me a strawberry hibiscus cheesecake slice for my birthday and it was delicious! Lowkey really loud inside - me and my boyfriend were saying “what did u say?” multiple times through the night lol Make reservations!!! It WILL be busy
