The white cashier Madison needs to learn some customer service etiquette and she if doesn’t like her job she needs to quit ! I placed my order she walked away before even knowing if the transaction went through. My hot fudge Sunday was over filled with fudge. I added strawberries and got more syrup than strawberries. When I asked if I could actually get some strawberries she gave a blank expressionless stare to the other employees like I annoyed her. I guess she thought that was cute but it really rude. She put the strawberries in a cup and pushed it through the window didn’t think to give me a lid. I had to ask for a carrier bc I had other items on top of ask for spoons. I live around the block by the time I got home it was a soupy mess. I don’t know what the problem was but it was almost another issue . I’m a paying customer at the end of the day. Nobody asked her to do anything that wasn’t her job

It was a black girl with a ponytail there that had a poor attitude towards not only me but this sweet old lady that was in front of me. I honestly could care less about her attitude towards me but seeing how she disregarded the old lady, I think it may not be best to have her at the register at all. I didn't eat the ice cream afterwards but it did look good.

This DQ has that classic old-school charm, but the Blizzards are more “vanilla with sprinkles of hope” than fully mixed magic. Toppings are a little shy, and the vibe is more nostalgic than polished—but hey, it’s still hard to be mad while eating ice cream.
