The foreign looking woman with the glasses was very rude. I pulled up to the drive thru for a quick strawberry sundae 20 mins before they were about to close. I sat at the menu for 5 mins and did not receive a response each time I spoke for one. When I pulled around to the window she was counting the cash, paused to look at me said something towards me as her window was closed. The irritation was clear on her face the moment she looked at me. I asked her multiple times to open the window because I couldn’t comprehend what she was saying. She then rolled her eyes, went back to counting the register, and ignored me as I was trying to get her attention. I did not appreciate the rudeness, I would’ve been OK if she told me they were done serving. The kids who works there has way better customer service than that!

Staff was unable to place or fill an order completely. Homeless man laying on the sidewalk out front really added to the atmosphere.

Been there 3 times. 2 of 3 times they didn't have gravy so I went somewhere else. I'm not wasting my time going there anymore

I’ve ordered from this location twice. Learned my lesson. Both times I ordered the same thing, and this time I asked them to double check the toppings were all correct, because last time they gave me a half portion of one topping instead of the two I paid for. In both of the blizzards I ordered. Tried to call but I think this might just be a bad location, I’ll go to Eastway next time.

Sat at the menu for 5 minutes with no answer so I pulled up to the window and was told to go back around again. The drive thru worker had an attitude during the entire interaction. I will not return to this location.
