Order at the counter and receive your food via order number or some other method. The service has always been good, -just having a whole sit-down experience for some chips and salsa/tacos seems odd and makes for an over priced dining experience. Also- today marks the fourth time in a row I have placed a to-go order and at least 1 item was completely wrong and/or missing. Today it was a bean and ground beef burrito that was instead made to be rice and beef- with no beans at all. Luckily my son decided to take a bite on the car ride home and I was able to turn around. I let the manager know this was the fourth screwed up to-go order I've experienced- she had the burrito remade while I waited with barely an apology, which was the bare minimum way to handle the situation. Certainly not enthused about coming back, whether it be to dine in or carry out.
