- DDDerek D1 day ago1.0The 2.2 stars this location has at the time of my review is EXTREMELY generous… You can always count on this location to be out of multiple ingredients or informing you when you arrive they are ONLY accepting online orders that will be ready in 20+ minutes, due to being understaffed. It’s not the employees fault but clearly poorly managed by corporate. Pay employees more and offer better benefits to attract/retain talent or simply close the location. It’s an awful reflection on the Chipotle brand. You can see the photo below for reference of how pathetic your serving size is when you order online as well. Waste of time and money visiting this location.

They either don't have something available, they mess up my order or, in the case of today, they're "online orders only" with no signs posted. Which means I'm waiting in line just for them to tell me I can't order anything. Which wouldn't be an issue if they didn't screw up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME I order online. This place has been a failure since they built the location.

Another time they didn't have the food in the warmers. It was sitting on the counter behind them so all the food was cold, room temperature at best. And last night I wanted to try the carna asada and wouldn't you know it. There was any ready and it was gonna be a 15 minute wait. And I asked for a receipt, and they didn't have paper in the machine for receipts. That was their third strike with me. I'll never go back there. My wife actually made me go there last night or I would of nevered. They need to shut that down and put a cava there.
