We check the online app it says the order is ready. Sat in my car for 15 minutes tried the door again still locked. Went on the app to cancel my order. Was told they were unable to cancel and could not get us a refund. There are about 6 other people waiting outside this stupid store with me while we wait for our orders because Chipotle's app won't give us a refund even after explaining the situation and the store employees will not answer the door.

I ordered a veggie bowl and later asked to add steak, which caused the employee to repeatedly question me and speak in a condescending tone. She even said “I don’t mean to put you on the spot,” which is exactly what it felt like especially in front of my family and other customers. I do think it was because I was young and she felt entitled, even my uncle noticed it and told her “get her what she wants” I understand menu clarification, but it could’ve been handled politely and privately instead of making me feel embarrassed. Customer service matters just as much as the food.
