Then when you order online, they only add half what you order and claim they are all out. They will give you an attitude about it and won't help even if you confront then about it. Worst chipotle experience. Man this chain has really gone done hill. Stop hiring workers who dont know what customer service is.

The wait wasn't extremely bad however getting home and discovering we paid extra for EXTREMELY burnt steak sent me!! Not only was the "tiny" extra bowl of steak burnt, the meat inside the bowl and burrito was burnt to the point some couldn't be chewed. I don't know why every 3 months or so, we will give them a try but this will be my last!! This is the worse Chipotle I've ever visited.
