  This place needs new management and staff. By far the worst store of the chain, that I’ve been to…It frequently has a dirty dining area inside and outside, lack of refilled refreshments, napkins etc. Today however was the capstone! I visit and have a burrito made only to get down to the final station of lettuce where I’m told “Oh we ain’t got lettuce”, (with a nasty attitude to boot). So I kindly asked as a courtesy could you please comp some guacamole. That simple request turned into a public show down with 2 other employees chiming in out of left field publicly accosting me in front of a public dining area where they were acting as if I just asked for a free meal! All this nonsense over me asking KINDLY and ONCE for a comped substitution of a 10 cent scoop of guacamole. Never was asking for a free meal or even insinuating a free meal, just was asking for a scoop of guac to be substituted for lettuce that you should have on hand. If you don’t have a common staple item, maybe should put a sign on the door like most restaurants do, notifying patrons as they enter if they are lacking a main component of their typical dish. However, when I now stop and think back, that would be a bridge too far for a crew of that caliber. With that attempt at public humiliation to a courteous paying customer, I simply left my already made burrito right there on the counter. Good job guys, a customer asking for a simple substitution led to a loss of today’s $13 and all future purchases as well ….and yes I was an unfortunate repeat customer due to proximity of my place of employment. Direct to management: no worries on exchanging any pleasantries or explanations, your star rating here on Google already speaks louder than my or your words. Just figured I’d add my experience, to hopefully further get the attention of Chipotle Corp.

  The food seems fresh at this location. The Manager is excellent at multitasking 👏 The Customer Service part needs work. They are not welcoming or friendly. Seem annoyed at the job they have chosen to work.

  The place is easy to find but is located in a crazy shopping center, do not bring large vehicles in here. The staff here may or may not get along because I never get a cooperative vibe from them. The food has cross contamination issues, so if you have allergies this is a risk for you. The lobby itself is small, not too many places to sit. There's always cleaning that could be done in this location. It's just okay.

  Very good but no matter how many times I order extra lettuce on my to-go order they NEVER DO IT i always have to ask for more but good food
