- NMNikki MFeb 21, 20261.0I’m genuinely frustrated with this location. This isn’t a one-time issue. There is consistently something out of stock. Most recently, I was forced to order a salad, only to be told afterward that there was no vinaigrette dressing available. How does a restaurant run out of something that basic? If it’s not dressing, it’s entire food items. At this point, it feels like poor management and a lack of oversight. This location needs leadership that can handle basic inventory and customer service. I would appreciate a response from management or corporate explaining what’s being done to fix these recurring issues. Customers shouldn’t have to guess what will actually be available when they order.
- BNBobby NguyenFeb 21, 20261.0I ordered online and it says it will be ready at 6:30. I got there on time and the food didn't come out until 7:10. 40 minutes late is just ridiculous! People who came in to order in store were in and out, what's the point of online ordering if it's slower than instore. And to top it off, when I got home with my food they gave me the wrong food!! Tried to make a complaint on the app and it won't let me. It's like they know and blocked it.

- DDDestiny DavenportFeb 8, 20263.0This location is normally pretty good but today, 2/7 at 3:30pm on Super Bowl Sunday, they are telling customers that they’re out of chicken and steak. The store doesn’t close until 10pm. It would make sense to cook more food.
