- KPKelly Pace5 days ago2.0Frustrating experience at this Chipotle. The girl that was taking my order hardly understood English. I had to repeat myself several times and she still forgot things. They were out of steak and guacamole and many other items. I had to wait for them to finish cooking steak and I'm not sure if they have two types of state one flavored and one not because the person taking my order I asked her and she did not understand me. If not bring back the lime steak because the normal steak or the steak I was given is pretty hard with no flavor.

To start , they hardly put any chicken in the bowl & when I asked for more the staff member threw 2 more small pieces. Then I asked for chips and queso and realized , once already home , they never put the chips in the bag , yet charged me for them . Also it was around noon and I asked for vinaigrette. They said they didn’t make any this morning which made me want to cancel my order altogether. This location is fairly new & they certainly have some work to do .

- CHCharles HookerDec 23, 20255.0I am not sure why this location doesn't have excellent reviews. It is brand new and I have been at least 10 times, and have found this to be the best Chipotle ever!!! The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is the best Chopotle Staff ever! The sweet Latina lady is always such a pleasure, and then the girl at checkout with the tattoos is always so sweet. They are always just the best! I always visit during the lunch rush, and the line is always quick, and they keep the place spotless. So much better than the other Whitehall location! I really appreciate you guys! Merry Christmas!
- TRT RoseDec 22, 20251.0Just left your location at 4:30. There was literally no meat available, everything empty and small amount that was on display was old and dry. I asked the African American girl with gold/blond hair was there more food coming out, she turned to her coworker and sarcastically asked was more meat coming, like I had no right to ask. She should have been apologetic for that horrible display. She is never speak when you enter and has no customer service skills. I've dealt with her 2 other times with the same dry attitude. I would rather drive down to Whitehall, at least they greet you and smile.
