    Visited today at approximately noon. Worker gave me half of a scoop of steak. I kindly asked if I could have a little bit more steak . She caught an attitude with me and said you’re gonna pay extra. I understand it’s peak hours and they want to conserve food but that was ridiculous. Didn’t receive good service or a proper serving of food. Done with Chiptole for a while.

    To Chipotle Corporate Support and Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a highly distressing experience I had at one of your locations (2312 Whitehall Park) on 2/25/26. My intent was simply to rectify an error after placing an order to the incorrect location; however, the lack of professionalism I encountered was unacceptable. The primary issues were as follows: • Service & Support Failures: Both the digital support (Pepper) and the initial phone agents were unable to provide a resolution. Furthermore, upon arriving at the store, the majority of the staff were dismissive and unwilling to assist with my request. • Hostile Interactions: While attempting to explain the situation to one of the counter employees, a minor physical accident occurred where I inadvertently spat while speaking quickly. Rather than maintaining a professional demeanor, the employee became visibly aggressive and hostile. This reaction was disproportionate and created a "loose cannon" environment that made me feel unsafe and unwelcome. • Lack of Resolution: It was only after speaking with one specific employee over the phone that I found someone empathetic enough to actually help me cancel the incorrect order. While I appreciate the one staff member who finally assisted me, the overall experience was traumatic. A customer trying to resolve a simple ordering error should not be met with hostility or a refusal to help. Due to the behavior of the male staff member behind the counter, I currently do not feel comfortable returning to this location. I trust that you will look into the staffing and customer service standards at this branch to ensure other customers are not subjected to similar treatment.

    Catering Order wasn't ready when I arrived, which was not a huge deal. When I went to set up the food for our event, I saw immediately there was not going to be enough meat or tortillas. Order for 35 people and received about 12 tortilla. I advised our team to go light on the meat, which barley got us through. I paid for 35 when we had 22 people, so that is concerning. Ordered 3 different protein and received 1 decent size container of steak and very small containers of other. Would be helpful to have sizes for quantities when ordering. Not a good experience for our office.

    Loved it! The wonderful woman who made our orders was friendly and also made sure to follow regulations when we told her one of us had an allergy. She took the time to go get a fresh batch of guacamole that wasn’t cross contaminated. You don’t always see this kind of care just anywhere so this was much appreciated! She’s an angel!

    Went for lunch today 2/3/26. They were out of chicken at 1pm during lunch rush. This is the second time they have been out of a primary (non upcharge) meat, but didn't leave a review the first time. The last time I was there the worker told me they only had steak on the online order station and then rolled his eyes and scoughed when I asked to get some from there. Also the food line is gross: queso and beans spilled everywhere, salsas spilling into other containers, didn't have ice in the drink machine. Two workers on the line actually working while the others stand around and loudly gossip with each other. I thought the South Blvd location was the worst I have ever been to, but this is becoming a close second.
