At that point, I just said “never mind” and left. I felt the situation was handled poorly — it shouldn’t be this difficult to get the order right or receive respectful service.

What I received was a half-filled bowl with no corn, barely any white rice, and far less cheese than requested, and very little sour cream. The pico on the side was the only thing correct. I live 7 miles away, so I had to drive back with my receipt and the bowl, fully expecting at least an acknowledgment if they were out of ingredients. Instead, there was no apology or explanation. The staff looked at the bowl like I had done something wrong and just said, “you can get back in line and they’ll remake it.” This experience does not deserve a star at all, and I hope these reviews are taken seriously - someone definitely needs coaching, and customer service etiquette.

It looks like one girl was standing at the register looking at me in my face as if like what are you doing here the other girl was working to go station. I stood in line for roughly 27 minutes. Nobody acknowledge me after about 15 minutes of standing in line and everybody just working as if this is not where the customers are standing, I asked if they were open the young lady at the register say yes the lady that was cooking chicken and looked at me and rolled her eyes as if I was the problem two minutes later a lesbian girl who I assume was the manager based off of the uniform comes out of the bathroom with a very young looking girl at the same time neither one of them washed their hands coming out of the bathrooms. They both put their aprons on and proceeded to start working on the line by this time, I’m completely over. It still haven’t been greeted so I walk out the door. This is unacceptable and I will not be coming back to this location ever again first of all it’s unprofessional for the manager to be coming out of the bathroom with an employee and is disgusting for them to be coming out of the same bathroom at the same time not washing their hands and it’s rude for none of the employees to acknowledge or take my order
