I always end up missing items that I paid for. Today, I got home and realized I had no vinaigrette, no chips, and my bowl was barely half-filled—as if no one cared to make it properly. What exactly are the employees getting paid to do if the bare minimum isn’t even happening? It’s frustrating to spend your hard-earned money and not receive what you paid for. It shouldn’t be difficult to simply put the full order in the bag. And if ingredients are unavailable, customers should be notified before placing the order. On top of that, what’s the point of having a rewards program if redeemed items never show up in the bag? This level of carelessness from a franchise like this is unacceptable. We have got to do better because this is exhausting.
