The food is old and crusty from being on the hot line too long and they're usually out of something important, like rice. The staff couldn't care less. They're on their phones and have a bad attitude. It's a shame because I live close by and eat at the Chipotle in uptown at least once a week. Whoever owns this is clearly checked out because it needs a serious overhaul.
