There was a constant flow of customers coming in, so it was definitely busy! When it’s that crowded, you really have to move quickly while placing your order—and sometimes a little extra guidance goes a long way. Zyyier, the GM, was polite and did his best to help us despite the steady rush. We appreciated his professionalism. I ordered the chicken and Al Pastor, and my husband went with the steak. The food was fresh and flavorful. My only suggestion would be regarding the queso. For nearly $3, the portion felt a bit small, and I’d love to see that offer a better value. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal! I also took some photos to show what the experience looked like. And whenever I visit Chipotle, I have to get an IZZE sparkling juice and tortilla chips — they’re my favorites! Happy Exploring! Josephine Local 📍

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was inconsistent. The drink station had no ice and appeared unmaintained. When I asked an employee for ice, she seemed visibly irritated and filled my cup reluctantly, which felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. In addition, the chicken portions were noticeably short. The employee serving my bowl was scooping very small amounts from an almost empty pan while fresh chicken was available but not brought out until after my order. I ordered two bowls and still had to pay for double chicken just to receive an appropriate portion. Overall, not the worst experience, but I’ve had much better. Better consistency, portions, and attentiveness would go a long way.

Who goes back and forth with customers over how THEY want their food they’re paying for. This experience has made me not want to step inside another chipotle. We ended up a few feet down at a Tora Izakaya. Food was amazing as well as the customer service. Trust me!
