- MAmahnaz ahmadiNov 16, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The white rice was extremely sticky, almost like mush, and definitely not the quality I expected. The portion given was very small, and when I politely asked for a little more, I was charged extra. The staff were also very rude, while I was trying to place my order, they were busy talking to each other and didn’t pay attention to me at all. I left really dissatisfied and I do not recommend anyone to visit the South Park location.

The Guacamole portion was far smaller than any other Chipotle, and when we asked about it even with comparison photos the manager dismissively said, “that’s all you get.” We were also told they don’t provide water cups and that we had to pay for a soda cup just to drink water. The drink station was messy, the counter area was dirty. Poor management, lack of basic supplies, and unprofessional customer service. Completely unacceptable for a Chipotle location.
- AAAriana and AniyahNov 4, 20251.0I should rate everything a zero because the store manager “bry” or whoever she was has a very bad attitude and I I told her I wanted someone else to finish making my food she kept asking me what I wanted for my veggies and I kept repeating to her how I didn’t want her to make my food and she ignored me and told me that “she was the manager and how another employee “tj” couldn’t do it so what did I want “ then i told her im willing to wait till he wasn’t busy and she said “their always gonna be busy so what do you want “ so i told her i didn’t want the food anymore then i proceeded to asked another worker what was the managers name and she told me it was bry then as I walked off they proceeded to laugh not “tj”. So not only did i leave unsatisfied but the so called manager just laughed and gave me attitude.
