Sometimes looking at recent reviews for certain places, especially Chipotle, makes me hesitant. I used to come here somewhat often, and I can’t lie, the last time I went the customer service was awful. This time, though, they were attentive and respectful.

Think small catering option for a quick gathering or last minute dinner option. Staff turn over is fierce here. They seem to be cleaning a bit more but much remains to be desired.

We ordered three to-go bowls (two vegetarian and one chicken), and the bowls were so bad that we could not eat them and had to throw everything away. In addition to the food, the customer service was also unacceptable. The staff member who handled our order was rude and showed a lot of attitude. This made the situation worse. We have visited many Chipotle locations before and have never faced this issue. Both the food quality and customer service at this location were far below expectations.
