I ordered double rice and double chicken which should both be 8oz each. I then went and measured the food and I had 5.5oz of chicken and 6.7oz of rice. I am very disappointed by the team shaving my portion while I still paid full price.

They make sure to charge you for extra for everything but cheat you on what’s in your order. I will be choosing the other locations now.

I then approached the manager, Ms. Kimberly, who was available at the time. She answered my question but followed it with an unnecessary remark suggesting I should have asked someone else. When I clarified why I approached her, she rolled her eyes, mumbled something under her breath, and walked away. I was disappointed by her lack of professionalism, especially in a leadership role. Very poor customer service.
