  I honestly can’t believe how terrible this experience was. All we ordered was a plain buffalo chicken sub, literally chicken and bread. Somehow, that was too complicated. They made it completely wrong the first time, with every single topping on it, and when I nicely asked for it to be remade, they gave us straight-up attitude like we were bothering them. They remade it, but it was still wrong. The worst part? One of the employees actually mocked us out loud, saying to their coworker something about “just a chicken and bread sandwich.” That is unbelievably rude and immature. You never know someone’s allergies or dietary needs, and to make fun of a customer like that is disgusting behavior. This place clearly doesn’t care about customer service or basic respect. If your staff can’t handle a simple order without being rude and unprofessional, maybe they shouldn’t be working with the public. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

  The employees at this location are the best. Shakeyra is always so helpful and is always working quickly as possible. Pretty good food, but I always return here bc you have great employees!

  mall closes at 8pm, we were at the counter ready to order at 7:26pm. Everything was shut off, employees shut the whole thing down 30min before closing time 😔 Everyone else in the food court was still serving food. Wrapping up the day 10min before closing makes sense but shutting the whole thing off 30min before is crazy whoever was working on 7/22/25, if you don't want to work just say that lol

  $17 for regular sub and only less than a cup of fries, shouldve went to five guys instead
