Rudest interaction i’ve had as a customer and as a mall employee. Waited an extended amount of time for my order and ignored only for someone to immediately get an attitude with me when i asked for my order i could see behind the counter (a mobile order). I hope they treat their actual non mall employee customers better than they treated me. Horrible experience and i will never eat at this location again.

Worst chicken cheesesteak i ever had , and the service was very poor. If you guys don’t like job quit it . The guy who took my order has zero knowledge i ordered regular combo he asked me to pay for large combo what the heck you can see that in my bill i ordered regular combo but he billed for large fries and large drink unbelievable

I get it’s stressful , but to the older black women if you hate your job quit. There’s no reason why you should ignore your customers completely it’s literally your job. All the workers ignored me for ten minutes but her attitude was especially nasty. My order was READY WHEN I GOT THERE! If anyone would’ve taken the time to acknowledge me I would’ve been in and out.
