  I placed a to-go order and was really disappointed with the quality of the food. The rice was either undercooked or tasted like the scrapings from the bottom of the pot — hard, dry, and not fresh at all. I also specifically asked for my sauces to be on the side, but instead they poured the sauce directly onto the side of my food. That completely defeated the purpose of my request and made the meal even more frustrating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

  Food, Service and Atmosphere all five stars! A worker named Angie had such a positive attitude. I had asked her a question relating to what she recommended for both me and my friend, To satisfy our appetites and Aka, absolutely devoured the bowl >_<!

  Great service and employees, Angie at the front was seriously amazing. From the second I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and helped me figure out what to get. I wasn’t sure what to order, and she gave great recommendations that ended up being perfect.

  I hate writing reviews like this, but my experience here has been consistently disappointing. This was my second visit, and unfortunately it wasn’t any better than the first. The restaurant was noticeably dirty, which immediately set the tone. Several of the drink pitchers were empty, and no one seemed to be monitoring or refilling them. They had also run out of dressing, which is kind of essential when you’re ordering a bowl or salad. To top it off, I didn’t receive the chips that were supposed to come with my order. It just felt disorganized and poorly managed overall. I really want to like this location, but two visits with the same level of issues is frustrating. Hoping they can improve the cleanliness and basic execution.

  Something is really off about all of the five star reviews citing specific staff members in the same time periods. It appears they are manipulating the ratings and reviews because there is no way this is a 4.6 star place. This location is so disappointing each time I go. Dirty, drinks out of stock, no silverware, garbage cans full, tables and floor filthy, out of to go tops, and no clean trays. Worst of all, they are ALWAYS out of multiple core ingredients—hummus, feta cheese, sauces, toppings. Every time I’ve gone they’ve been out something. I really want this place to stick around, but at this point I’d rather go to Chipotle next door or to the Birkdale location. Management needs to get it together to keep this location around.
