Place is extremely dirty, a lot of cross contamination happening, workers have no work ethic and are rude and miserable. They are very stingy with the food. One of the workers “Ty” is especially bad-mannered. When you go to order she doesn’t greet or ask if you want a bowl, pita, etc, instead she just stares at you. She literally stares at you the whole time waiting for you to say something and if you ask for extra of something she will look at you confused. All the workers act like this but Ty is the worst. Never have I seen workers this miserable. Save your money and do NOT got to this location. The company should be ashamed.

Just leaving this cava and I didn’t even make it out the door before coming and doing a review on the amazing Princess. She was very enthusiastic about the food very knowledgeable about the food and to top it off. She has amazing taste in food because everything that she recommend. If you are looking for something to try and this area, definitely come to this cava you will not be disappointed!

This is a real review over these other reviews because they don’t deserve over 3 stars
1. They never have food, we have been 3+ times and they don’t have any protein.
2. When we ask when they’ll have it out, they don’t have a certain time, and they don’t have a good tone when we ask.
3. Parking sucks. You have to go into parking deck and have to fight for parking with other store customers.
4. Just save yourself the time and go to the south blvd location. Where they have food, good location and specially good services. It’s Only 8min away from this one.
5. Not going back. Y’all can kick rocks

I have eaten Cava so many times over the years and I can confidently say this is the best experience I have ever recieved at a Cava! Even though it was quite busy when i walked in, the lovely employees were able to get me through the line in what felt like 2 minutes. Princess especifically was amazing! I asked for extra corn on my bowl and she loadeddddd my bowl up with corn exactly how I wanted it haha. I will 100% be back!!!!

I was there with my friend this afternoon as soon we got inside with our service little dogs which they so small that nobody can even notice. we understand the rules. The managers came out. It was a big drama only because the dog came inside. We understand like I said the rules, but then after discussing with the manager “like he jumped like a monkey from the kitchen to us like we were killing someone the people at front was so rude to us like if we are just getting nasty animals inside the place or we were we’re training so bad to do something against, this lady it was even speaking in Spanish with me like I’m not Latino and I do not speak Spanish only bc the way I look which is very racist .. horrible service horrible environment. The manager is so aggressive too. He came out of me like he wants to fight, even though we were about to do what they say, which is let my friend be outside and me take the orders to avoid problems. They’re still with an attitude, and I have to be begging for me to order to this lady in the front of big lady. We decided to leave the place … I would replace the whole team at this location .. so bad the way they approaching people
