    WOW, just when you think the art of customer service is dead, Al and his team prove otherwise. My boyfriend and I came in late, close to closing time, and from the moment we arrived we were treated with exceptional care. I mentioned that this was only my second visit, and every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued (I wish I had gotten everyone’s names). The food was just as spectacular as it was during my first visit, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. I couldn’t be happier with this establishment… the employees, the service, and the food are truly top-notch. We will absolutely be back.

    My lady and I came in and were greeted by the staff even though it was close to closing time. Their service was excellent and most of you already know about the food… which is absolutely delicious! This is my favorite neighborhood place for a meal and if you haven’t been to this Cava, we highly recommend. Thank you AL for your excellent service! 🙂

    Best service, best location. joyce, darren and shane keeps this location the freshest. Travel extra 4.7 miles for best. Appreciate you cava location. Stay fresh!

    The food here is so great and the customer service is through the roof every time I visit here. Joyce is always so kind and she always greets me with a smile on her face. The food is amazing and Joyce’s excellent customer service is the cherry on top that elevates my experience each time I order food here!

    Joyce is absolutely amazing, she was so patient and understanding. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten really great customer service from this location. But Joyce smile and patience made it worth the visit.
