I hope this reaches the person that can correct those problems.

Thursday in particular was extremely busy, but everything was handled very smoothly. I noticed an employee named Jandell who truly stood out. He managed the rush with professionalism, confidence, and a great attitude. He made an effort to keep conversations going with everyone, including myself. Nothing ever felt rushed or careless. His energy was welcoming and made the environment feel positive. He also had the most amazing smile, which honestly made the experience better. Even while multitasking, he stayed calm and attentive. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Employees like him make a big difference during busy times. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers. Because of his service, my visit was very enjoyable. Experiences like this are why people return. I will definitely be coming back again!!😊
