Went at 730pm on a Thursday (2.26.26) and they were closed, doors locked. Weird sign on the door. Employees inside. Had driven 20 minutes out of my way to go here for dinner after work. Very garbage experience. I'm usually very positive on my reviews because I know how hard the focus business is so that's why I only gave 4 stars instead of 1.

Starting this with I love cava. I’ve never been to one and had such a bad experience. My rice was overdone, the falafel was stale, and above all my bowl is practically empty. I kept telling her “can I have a bit more of that” which of course got an eye roll of a response. Just disappointed. Will be going to another location from now on

Had my first moderately disappointing cava experience. The brown rice was dry and crunchy, and the portions in this location were much smaller than what I've been served elsewhere. Didn't even fill my bowl and I devoured it in minutes. Still delicious but I'm not coming back to this location.

I went a couple of times before making this review. The food itself is really good and flavorful! The portions and staff however are horrible. $20 for a bowl that’s barely 3/4 filled and they Nickle and dime for everything. Extra scoop of rice? UPCHARGE. Vegetables? UPCHARGE. And don’t dare have questions about the menu…ATTITUDE.
I will stick with the Chipotle across the street 😊

A friend and I sat inside for 8 minutes waiting on another friend to join us. Two customers were in the entire restaurant and no one was sat at tables. An employee came up and asked us to leave if we weren’t eating there. Our friend walked in the door literally 30 seconds later. We left immediately as a result, thankfully Chipotle is across the street. I guess hospitality isn’t part of the service here. Unfortunate.
