  Blanca IS THE BEST ! Ever since she has came to cava Southend this store really has been phenomenal! I live and work here in Southend and this location is the most convenient location and I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years. She really has out did herself because before this location was so unprofessional and unpredictable.

  Awful expirecne here at cava was racially profiled and it got so bad my uncle almost caught the manager named Jayden. Please do not come here unless you desperate for food poor service . This time I came this is what happened for those wondering ! I came in last week and ordered a bowl . I ordered with a gentlemen kinda older I believe was a manager . He made my bowl and messed it up three times . As I got to the topping area he told me I was (annoying and very bitchy and I should know what I want if I want to order food at cava . I looked at him and I carried on and was concerned . This man went down the line and continued to cursing I was with my uncle he was about to punch the manager because of his rude mouth . I told me uncle to stop and we just left and didn’t get the food . My uncle came back and asked for a contact information for a general manager or AGM be said (he didn’t care what he asked for he wrote the number down on a piece of paper and threw it on the ground . As we left he decided to curse and yell at us and spit on the floor like we were trash . The line cook younger man was there and seen it I asked for his name he said this is the new manager and he is upset that happened : the line cook gave us his name I believe it was Jaden or some sort : I am writing this to let this be known I WILL never come back to this store after this type of disrespect : I also filed a police report for him spitting at me please warn him of the police will be following up . I didn’t wish to result in a personal text message but the store phone no one picks up and if I go back to this store I will call the police to arrest him . Jaden gave us your number he said he didn’t care This is the message I sent to the general manager of the store !

  The new manager Jaylen sucks I ordered food via online and didn’t get half of the stuff on the bowl. I seen him making ordered on the side so I call him over to see what happened . He looked at me and said that’s what the ticket said that’s what you get . Then this young sweet heart came over and asked to see my receipts and she made my order over . The manger then tells her no don’t make her order we made it and it’s right . He then disappointed me more by shaming her for her actions as a manager that is not okay do better dude . The younger girl I don’t know her name but she’s light skinned has like a fro and younger the manager name was Jaylen he has his name tag on I’m glad that he did . I will be contacting HR about this matter immediately

  Came in last night they were out of chicken at 7pm I asked the manager he said they out because he said there out and if I didn’t like it to leave . I told him that was rude and said I see the man cutting chicken behind you . He proceeded to say that’s not for you that’s for our top paying people . I feel like that was racist as I called my mom and watched this white woman behind me get chicken and that’s what I asked for . I come in here all the time the new manager is racist snd it’s not cool. I asked the cashier his name she said jailen watch who Yall hiring

  Came in the other day to try cava for the first time it is amazing the manager Nijay helped me create my own bowl and let me try what I wanted to try down the line after the other manager short I think his tag said Jayden tried to rush us down the line during a rush . I really appreciate people like Nijay who make every guest feel welcomed and not rushed like the other manager . I will be back thank you Nijay .
