  I have been to the Caribou location multiple times and the staff is very nice. It’s around the corner from Starbucks which is always slammed. For whatever reason this Caribou doesn’t see the same amount of business. Perhaps it’s because location or perhaps it’s because they just close when they feel like it. Today I stopped in at 3:41 pm and the guy that was “working” at the shop said. We are closed. He was sitting on the lounge chair and not behind the counter. (He will be referred to as Lounge chair Larry from here forward). The sign that displays the hours clearly advertises OPEN until 4pm. Not cool Lounge chair Larry. I’m sure there will be some excuse that is made, but no one cares about excuses. Hey, it’s just a cup of coffee … right? Yeah … well since LCL decided he was feeling lazy, tired or just wanted to continue scrolling on his phone that’s cool for Starbucks who got the order for four coffees. Moral of the rant is HONOR Your posted HOURS. Rant over. Edited to add more: I have attempted to go to this location three more times. They have been closed all three times. If you are going to close early two suggestions. Suggestion number one: update on google that you are closed. Responsible businesses do this to avoid customer frustration. Suggestion two: just change your hors to permanently close at 3 pm. I have updated the rating on the review to reflect the overall experience.

  Our first visit to the Caribou Cafe located inside Atrium Medical Center. Fabulous service and I loved my Mocha coffee drink

  She is always late I come at 6 she leaves to go to something they open at 6 she os always out of stuff that does not say on the website she needs more help!!!!

  I hate to write this review but my recent bad experience caught me off guard. I've usually stopped at Caribou when I just wanted a quick breakfast before work or an ice coffee to get me through the day. One specific morning the lady was so rude to me because she was "ready to go home" as she said. This specific morning the lady was the only one in there and no one else was there. She shouted at me "it's gonna be a minute on making your drink because I have all these drinks to make!" Ummm, ok! You work here!!! After seeing her irritation I grabbed a drink from the cooler and she said very rude again! "No, it's fine! What you want?!" I ordered what I wanted and she said under her breath "yea, cause I'm ready to go home" lady! Find another job if you don't wanna make drinks! This really irritated me to the point that I don't wanna go back to Caribou, especially if she's there. If this is the kind of service the supervisor stands by then I want no parts of it.

  Good coffee. Not open on weekends. Friday's is limited inventory on drinks. Too bad.
