  Chain restaurants don't have to hit a high bar to satisfy me - I know what I'm signing up for. That being said, this Buffalo wild wings does not meet the very low bar I have. I want what I ordered, or at least to have what I receive show it was prepared with even a little care. The issues: - Paid extra for bone in, got home to realize we got the lower priced boneless. - Stingy 5 tiny sticks of celery and 1 cup of ranch 2/3 full for 20 boneless wings - not enough even in a world where a piece of chicken about one third of a mcnugget size counts as a wing - Medium buffalo was absolutely not medium, I thought maybe I was being a sissy until my pepper head husband verified they were absolutely not medium, and just a bit below in the wild in heat. Good thing he could eat them. - mountain of salt dead center on the underwhelming fry portion The restaurant was mostly empty when I arrived for pick up - makes it worse our order was goofed up. To their credit, the staff member who greeted me and retrieved my order was very efficient and friendly. If I lose my mind and order here again, I'll be sure to check my order at the counter before I leave even though that makes me feel like a jerk. Believe the reviews

  Today we had a new server named Joshua! It was his first day and we were his first table. I had to stop and Give him recognition! I called the manager Amanda over to the table to let her know how great the service was!! He was very thorough, professional and prompt. He was all smiles during the entire visit, and his spirit was so welcoming! He was very fast and accurate with placing our order! I will definitely be back, if for no other reason than to sit in Josh’s section!

  Last year this time, this place was bad, food was terrible, service was horrible, smell and floors were gross. Coming from Michigan where Bdubs was pretty good we expected more. However, my wife and I decided to go back and see has it changed since we are right around the corner and had taste for wings. I must say, it was night and day from the last visit, clean, respectful service, and the food was great!! We had Mango habanero and Asian zing wings, we split a bacon burger that was fresh and the wedges were hot!! Tressa the new manager was amazing, she made our night pleasant! So much so, that we went back the next week and the service was top tier again!! I recommend anyone who wants great service, good food and nice atmosphere to check them out! Shout out to Tressa!!

  This was almost a bad review. We were seated and ignored for 10-15mins.(FYI they were not busy) My wife looked at me said I'm about to leave. Then our waitress finally came by and said I'll be here in a min. After another 5mins, a waitress, Destiny, from another section came over and asked if we had been helped yet. We said no and she had drinks and appetizers faster than the time we spent waiting on the other waitress. She was very attentive, drinks were never empty. Constantly checking if we needed anything. Very professional. She saved this rating. She should be praised for her customer service. We had a great time all because of her. Great job, Destiny!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings – Steele Creek for our 11:00 a.m. Christmas party. The store manager and staff were incredibly accommodating to our families and staff, making the entire event smooth and enjoyable. The food was excellent, came out quickly, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and great atmosphere. We will definitely choose Buffalo Wild Wings Steele Creek again as a place to gather and enjoy time together!
