I stood at the counter for quite some time while two employees walked past me… one even made eye contact but kept going as I tried to get her attention. After saying “excuse me” several times, a young man finally stopped and asked if I had been helped. When I told him no, he said he’d get someone. Then a lady came in after me and asked if I had been helped. I told her no and the same employee who heard me say that still went on to help her instead. When the manager with the soft brown eyes and dreads came out, I explained the situation, expecting him to correct it. Instead, he told me that the man who was already helping the other customer would help me after he finished with her. So basically, I was expected to wait even longer while someone who just walked in got served first. That was completely unprofessional. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet I was ignored and made to feel unimportant. I decided to leave because I refuse to spend my money and get treated anyway
