I received a reply from the owner last week who apologized and said he would like to give me a free meal. I replied to my email and so far I have heard nothing. Obviously Brixx doesn't want my business. Because either they have someone purposely making a decision to not answer the calls for some reason or they're just inefficient. I guess this place is fine as long as you're not disabled. God help you if you can't get up there huge big stump to get into the restaurant because you're screwed. By the way, for those who may be saying I can just order online. Online doesn't allow for customization on the orders. This is the reason why I have to call it in. The food is usually great. But there's service lately has been atrocious. Particularly for someone who is like me who has a disability who relies upon curbside pickup and for whatever reasons no one answers the phone. Today, October 15th 2025, I called about nine times and there was no answer. A couple times it just went straight to a message that said, " this phone number does not accept messages" I mean what in the living hell is that?? What the hell kind of service is that? I can see you being short-staffed, but for Christ's sake, that is no excuse for at least answering the phone at some point. Horrible, horrible horrible!
