  The food and the service was wonderful but it was completely overshowdowed by an extremely loud group of teenagers. I want to point out that only a few in the group were culpable but the few tarnished the entire group and the staff did try in vain to control the group.

  Tried to order food and they told me they couldn’t accept my $50 dollar bill for a 35 dollar order. They didn’t have enough change and acted like it was my problem. Manager was straight up rude. So you’re telling me you have less than 20 dollars in the register? Go get change!!!!! I manage a restaurant. It’s not hard to do.

  My Daughter and I stop in at the Bo’s on Galleria at-least 4-5 times a week for breakfast after we drop her siblings off to school. This morning I was on independence and stoped at this Bo’s instead, big mistake. After placing my order I handed cash to the teller, the manager Stephanie (ET phone home looking ah lady in a blond wig) had a nasty attitude first thing in the morning saying they don’t have any change so I can go to the bank and get change or find someplace else to eat, but I need to hurry up and make a decision and get the hell on. I was never rude or nasty so I’m not sure who pissed her off and I didn’t know that’s how Bo’s feels about their customers. Night and day difference between Galleria and Independence. Hey Bo’s how does a breakfast spot be open on a Friday morning and not have change?? Sounds like someone didn’t do their job. Excellent customer service Stephanie ya 🤡.

  1/25/26 (the infamous snow storm/day in charlotte at that) They made me make a purchase to get grape jelly and hot sauce when I had an order from another bojangles just wow never heard of that so yeah 1 star inconvenience and attitude no customer service glad I dont have to come here often

  O, m, g, let me tell you the most. Nastiest manager in the world, dirty store, bad attitude, tap on a head, not the Bojangles cap but just a toboggan rude arrogant, they gave me someone else's food. I had to return the food once I got to my job and looked in a bag and saw that it was not my meal. I returned the meal, untouched and The manager didn't even want to compensate me with a meal or barely give me my money back after they made the mistake she would, she dismissed me rude, it was just awful experience.
