    I was at this location on 11/13 and I got here at 6 pm I was denied service until like 9pm

    Came for breakfast at 7:30am with two other cars in the drive through. Left at 8:30 empty handed while the parking lot filled up with people waiting. No communication or refund.

    What has happened to Bojangles? Miost of their locations have gone to hell! This one included. I would avoid this place if possible. Terrible management on my visit. I had to come inside to get my drive through order after waiting nearly 10 minutes. Then waited another 5 minutes once I went inside to the counter. I noticed other customers waiting on line that were never greeted at all. They walked out.

    Food is ok sometimes if left up to me I will drive to hwy 49. Im setting in the drive thru for 15 minutes they know im here just keep saying hold on terrible terrible service cant wait for Darios to open.

    I paid for my order through the drive through window and was asked to drive over to the other side of the building and wait there. I found about 20 people waiting as well as about 20 people waiting on the inside. I asked for a refund before I order was ready and left. This was on Saturday Oct 25. No manager present, just teenagers standing looking lost
