  My friend had questions about ordering. I waved down a crew member and asked if she could help us at the kiosk. Her words were: "I'll help you after I help the paying customers. " I skipped over her blatant disrespect and repeated that we were trying to order. Finally, she said I'll help you in a minute. That was all she had to say in the first place. I was totally shocked that she said that without hesitation. We had several people in our party coming from a New Year church celebration. We were trying to be "paying customers". Unbelievable and unacceptable. I understand she was probably slightly overwhelmed because they were a bit busy and I didn't see too many other crew members, but her words were not professional. Unprofessional treatment, snail paced service, and bad food. Do better!

  I came in around 1ish and I accumulate dirty hands from work. I'm on my lunch break and I requested the bathroom be unlocked so I can do so. And I was greeted with only for paying customers. I notified the young lady I am a customer I would like to wash my hands. She began to integrate me about if I ordered of not I told her It was rude to treat customers as if they are unwanted and not worthy of using there facilities. Her rude and condescending demeanor warrented me asking to speak to someone else and she denied me that until I pulled my phone out to document the in counter she began to run off. So long story short I work near by and I won't be back to this Bojangles ever again,I work too hard for my money to be disrespected for just trying to grab some lunch

  The food was hot & they got my order right, but the workers were slow, the dining area was out of napkins, and the restrooms were locked.

  My girlfriend went to the store On the crossroads of South Tryon and Arrowood to pick us up breakfast. Upon arriving, she was immediately cat, called and harassed by the cook with dingy braids and gold teeth. Asking “how old you is” And after she ignored him, he proceeded to follow her to the counter and say “ i’m just asking your age” in an attempt to continue pressing her to speak to him.. she ignored him again. I was on the phone and heard it all So I pulled up to the restaurant myself per her request because she felt so uncomfortable. As she’s walking out, he again calls out to her until I confront him and he says “oh is that your girl, my bad” I then took my girlfriend home to remove her from the uncomfortable environment, then return to the store to ask for management. The manager on duty refused to provide the workers’s name or the name in contact information of the general manager. I live down the street and frequent this Bojangles because I love the Carolina crunch however, I will no longer give That store my business as long as they enable and protect predatory behavior from their workers. I strongly advise anybody reading this, especially women to avoid this Restaurant .
