  We arrived as a family of seven with a mobile order and were completely ignored at the front counter. The tables were filthy, and the staff were openly rude, carrying on loud side conversations instead of helping customers.My daughter politely asked one employee for a towel and cleaner so we could wipe our own table. He responded with attitude, telling her he had “nothing to do with that,” that he doesn’t “wipe tables” and doesn’t “get towels or cleaners,” then walked away. Another female employee then began speaking disrespectfully about my daughter to that same coworker, using profanity and making comments like, “Who does she think she is?” and “I know, forget her, she’s not talking to me,” continuing with vulgar remarks in front of customers. These two employees should be addressed immediately, as this behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing business.The overall environment was extremely unprofessional. A man who did not appear to be in uniform and did not look like a regular employee was half-heartedly wiping tables while his phone charged nearby, then later stood outside smoking instead of making sure the dining area was clean. The restaurant was dirty, the food was poor quality, and we were shorted on chicken. This entire visit was embarrassing for me and my family who were in from out of town, and it was by far the most unprofessional and poorly run Bojangles location we have ever visited.

  Always a problem at this location. It'll be my last time here. Always have to wait for food. Tonight I spent over $40 on dinner and asked for 1 cup of ranch and was given the rudest attitude for it then told you need to pay for it. I didn't take the ranch just walked out. Also y'all should have your workers wear gloves and hair nets. The one behind the counter with the nasty looking afro doesn't look clean enough to work around food

  No car wait line (rare for 5:30PM?). Took order and pulled up to window. Courteous man took my hard earned money, but the meal was still hot and delicious at home in front of tv.

  Staff was very friendly I was surprised the how much energy the cashier had that early in the morning. She also told us about the new Coraline Crunch! Food was as good as always Bojangles food is never a bad choice.
