No gravy for the mashed potatoes. No egg or cheese on the biscuit (was paid for). And the chicken was burnt, all of it tasted like chared smoke. Either that or the fryer grease is so old that everything is picking up that flavor. Also don't bother ordering ahead. They never make it till you come to pick it up. So you have to wait anyways. No one insides takes charge. Have written to Bojangles many times with no response on previous issues. Do yourself a favor and forget this location exists.

I came at 10am so I had to wait until 10:30am but it was ok because I had to take care of some things on my phone but the food was great and the service was even greater!
