I ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes only, but it came with pickles — which I specifically did NOT want because I’m allergic to pickles. That’s a serious issue and could have been dangerous. On top of that, I ordered a strawberry cobbler and was asked to pull to the side to wait. I waited 30 minutes. After half an hour with no update, no apology, and no food, I had to leave without it. There is no excuse for this level of inaccuracy and delay when there were no other customers. Very disappointing service and lack of attention to food allergies.

Watched a CATS driver walk in and stand around for 10 mins awaiting assistance. And she was never acknowledged or asked to use the kiosk. She left and I don’t blame her.

Nobody I've ever encountered here has been the least bit kind or respectful, they all act like they hate being there, have no idea what they're doing, and they seem to hate the customers. They tore the original building down and replaced it, they need to do the same with the staff.
