Worst and slowest service. Staff is slow, rude and doesn't care about what you ask and give you whatever they want.

Their order kiosk does not let you know when items are out of stock so when you build your whole cart and go to check out it gives you an error but does not explain what the error is so you have to delete the cart and start all over. There was only one person at the counter and a large crowd that was already escalated for long waits on food so myself and other folks that had to pay cash were left waiting and not being assisted. Instead I went on the website and tried to order from there and was able to successfully, with waiting to try to get help at the counter and all the issues at the kiosk and ordering online it took me about 20min just to place an order BUT WAIT it gets better... their ticketing system does not organize online order tickets in chronological order or pulls it up to their KDS system so my order was not prepared, standing around for another 10 to 15 minutes two other customers became escalated saying that they had ordered online and have been waiting for 40 minutes for their food at that point is when the worker realized the tickets were not being prepared and started to try to pull together the food for the gentleman. Myself and another customer also stated that we also have online orders, I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes when the worker finally called me up for my food mine and my partners order was in the bag but not my child's, have to wait another 5 minutes for my order to be completed and then the drinks were not served. In all we spent almost an hour and a half at at this location just for a couple of chicken sandwiches and some kids mac and cheese while other customers were served in half the time which is still a long time so do not try to come here on a Sunday late morning/afternoon because they are too busy and unorganized. By the time we got our food it was not even warm which I don't understand if they were so busy everything should have been coming out fresh. The biscuits are good is the only positive feedback I have. Really disappointed because usually Bojangles comes through and is great but this location looks nice but... it ain't.

I just got off the phone with another manager about their chicken supreme salad. They have no Parmesan cheese. The tomatoes are messed up. It’s like the Staff does not even know how to make a decent salad. The salads are causing over $10 and you would think you will be walking out with a salad like you get it from Whole Foods or Harris Teeter but you’re not and I hate to write this review because it’s so many Black people that worked there a lot of black children that work there but enough is enough, please train your staff or how to make a decent salad and the food as a hold. I am pissed off because the only thing they keep saying is we apologize we apologize damn apologize and train your staff to do the best job that they can do on people’s food. My salad once again had no Parmesan cheese tomato was smooshed. Chicken was not enough you have to keep asking for croutons you have to keep asking for dressing. I am tired of east and west Blvd., Bojangles. I got a better service when I used to go to Sugar Creek and other Bojangles I am pissed off tonight because actually I have spent about $50 on salad and I’m not going back. I’m gonna patronize the white restaurants to get a decent salad and that is sad..
