  Terrible customer service. Literally just left the drive theu. Ordered a chicken biscuit. When I got to window I asked for ranch. They gone tell me I have to go back around and wait in line because they don’t have a register at window 2. Like they don’t t have multiple registers all around the store. SMD

  Ordered the chicken sandwich on the kiosk. Instead of giving me what I paid for they gave me a Cajun filet chicken breast that was old. Its not the same either fresh or old. I would have asked for a refund but I had already left and up the road.

  Hello, Last evening my son went to the bojangles location on Cotswold on Randolph rd. He ordered the chicken tender supreme and a three piece wing dinner. When I opened the box for my three wings, the chicken was dark and looked like it was cooked in old grease. So I took it back to the store and informed the staff that the chicken looked bad. They looked at each other and chuckled and said to each other, “You know why it’s bad” that’s that bojangles. So they issued me a refund for my meal and told me to keep it. I wish I would have thrown it away. When I returned home I gave some of the chicken to my dogs. Fast forward to this morning, my son is in the bathroom right now vomiting 🤮 and my dog has had diarrhea all over the house. They are both sick. I called the location to inform and the General manager John said they are not responsible for food borne illnesses for one person. I would not recommend anyone or their pets not to consume food from this location. I would never eat bojangles again after this incident. How can you serve food and then say you’re not responsible for the food you serve? Whether it’s one or 100 people, you should take accountability no matter what. Headed to the ER with my son right now. If I could, I wouldn’t give not one star.

  Stopped here for the first time and my biscuit was so hard it could have broke a window. Lady at the window was very nice and professional. Get a new biscuit person.
