They have that stupid AI order system that screws up your order about half the time. The parking lot is full of trash and empty cups and wrappers... You literally have a flock of crows living in the parking lot off the trash. This is an absolute disgrace for Cotswold, these employees are essentially children who have no concept of customer service, and management is completely useless. They do nothing to correct the situation or even manage it. It's really time for this restaurant to just shut down and something good to come in. Cotswold deserves better. I know I'll never spend another penny there. I mean for God's sake to drive through girl had earbuds in. As the general manager of a 4.9 star rated restaurant in Charlotte, I would have fired every single person in that building today.
