I visited the Bojangles at Highland Creek this evening, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, there were about 10 cars in the drive-thru, and I waited approximately 30 minutes just to reach the intercom. Once I finally got there, it took another 10 minutes before anyone took my order.
After placing my order, I was instructed to park in a front parking spot to wait for my food. I waited outside for about 20 minutes before realizing no one was bringing my order. I had to go inside the restaurant myself to ask about it. The staff could not remember my order and informed me that they had given my food to someone else. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to remake it.
In total, I spent 1 hour and 5 minutes trying to get a simple order. The only reason I did not request a refund was because my in-laws are visiting and specifically wanted Bojangles.
The service was very poor. The evening staff appeared to be very young, and there was no visible management present to assist or address customer concerns. This location has a reputation for being slow and unprofessional, and based on this experience, that reputation seems accurate. Management and ownership need to address these issues immediately to improve service and accountability.

Ordered to-go inside, Took awhile to acknowledge us and get to register, No kiosk, Cashier was super friendly, I think his name was Jermiah. The biscuits need to be cooked longer, they where under cooked mushy and held together by cheese. Forgot to give me my 6pk bo-berry Biscuits had to drive back and ask for them.

After my second attempt to get my chicken rice ball corrected, I just gave up. The first bowl , everything was old in mushy , even the chicken. The second bowl tastes like they dumped a ton of salt on the beans or maybe the rice. This restaurant made me feel like I was at a high school. No one was professional , not even the manager. There was a long wait line for no apparent reason. TheStaff walked around just as if they didn't have orders to feel. The cashier would take one order at a time. Then he would proceed and preparing the order. After he just left the cash register where he handled cards and money. He returned to the cash register without washing his hands.Taking the next order and then prepare the second order. Even though this store is literally five minutes from my house. I will use the bojangles located on malacreek road before I come back to the location at highland.

Got my food fast since it wasnt busy, but the ai ordering machine is annoying and unhelpful, the chicken was dry and dark like it was sitting under a heat lamp for 5 hours, also shredded lettuce on whats supposed to be a deluxe crispy sandwich? I was really hoping for better for the price i paid.
Ordered a 2 piece dark combo about an hr before closing via the drive-thru, opened the box and had two wings! I drove back around and let them know this and was told they only had wings left. I said you should have let me know that when I placed my order! I ended up receiving two chicken strips in addition to the wings. Lesson... ALWAYS check your box before you leave the drive thru!
