Tailgate box didn't have tenders and wasn't made aware of this change. Also the drink container had a hole. Made a big mess. Wasn't happy at all. Didn't have time to go back to location.

I ordered through the drive-through and had the AI take my order. After payment, I was asked to pull forward past the door to wait for my food, which I did. The food came out shortly after, but I received a Cajun fillet biscuit instead of a sandwich. I went inside to inform them I had received a biscuit and not a sandwich as I had ordered. A gentleman in a blue shirt told me that he heard me say “biscuit” and that my order was correct. He never asked to check my receipt, which clearly stated “Cajun sand combo.” When I explained that I had requested a sandwich, not a biscuit, he responded with, “I’m the manager. I heard what you ordered.” A female employee with pink hair then stated, “You need to move—you’re blocking the drive-through,” even though I had parked exactly where they had instructed me to. I moved my car and came back inside, where a young man handed me my sandwich. However, it was missing mayo. Maybe the Bojangles AI should also be in charge of making the food, since they appear to be doing their job better than management. If you want good service, I suggest trying another Bojangles location.

I waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged in the drive through before giving up, then just went inside and stood there for 5 minutes while they ignored me there too. Just drive to a different Bojangles, it'll probably take you less time. This is the second time this has happened out of both times I've been here.

I ordered Bo-Rounds at noon and was told to pull forward to wait five minutes for the Bo-Rounds. 20 minutes later, we had to flag down a worker and let them know. They immediately brought the food out. The Bo-Rounds even though were “made fresh” are hard as rocks and drenched in oil. When the worker came out to bring me the food, he didn’t say a word to me. At this point I had waited 25 minutes for two orders of chicken supremes and an order of Bo-Rounds. All I’m gonna say is that if there is a Bojangles on top of their stuff, then hell has frozen over. One worker, who I assume was a manager, she has red hair was apologetic when we flagged her down to get our order.
