Her response was "how do I know you have been waiting an hour"? I told her not to be rude. She then asks what did I order, I showed her my phone, she says no what did you order? I told her then screams to the back what my order is. By this time I ask for a refund because my order has not even been considered. She says I have to go online to request a refund. Then she asks are you going to cancel your order, if so I'm not going to make it. I say yes I'm canceling my order and I walk out. Older lady yellow shirt, showing she's a manager. Very rude and unprofessional. I will not be back. I will tell others just to go to Statesville, n Tryon, or sunset.
