The person up front initially said he would have to open the restroom for me but for some reason changed his mind and decided to tell me that the restrooms were out of order that I couldn't use either one. The men's room had a sign on it saying it was out of order but the ladies room was obviously fine since it didn't have a sign on it. They both required a combination on a keypad to get in so It wouldn't have made a difference. I asked the person I was talking to. Where did he go to use the restroom and he was confused for a few seconds before he answered " I don't know". I guess that's the best answer he could come up with on short notice. Needless to say I was disappointed.

That's literally the very first I've ever had to wait that long at a Bojangles location. The cashier was very nice though. They may be short staffed but idk.

I also ordered a sausage biscuit that is hard on the rock. You could literally hear it Knock on wood. Also, my sausage Egg and cheese biscuit was missing egg and cheese. I've called three times no answer
