  On 12/31/2025, I visited Bojangles to pick up an online order totaling $50.87. Upon arrival, I was informed by the employee that my order could not be fulfilled because they were out of chicken and only had supremes available. This was disappointing, especially since the order had already been placed and paid for online. I ended up spending an additional $30+ in the drive-thru to get replacement food, which was unfortunately old and cold. This experience was frustrating and far below the level of service I expected. I submitted a refund request for the original online order through the mobile app, but as of now, I have received no response. I hope management addresses both the lack of communication and the quality issues, as this visit was a significant inconvenience.

  About a week ago I was out riding my bike and decided to pick up some dinner at this nice looking Bojangles. Well the building is the only nice thing. When I went in to order the old fashioned way, I was ignored. Totally ignored. Well the guy making the chicken stared at me but he couldn’t take my order. All of the employees were at the drive through window. And despite my waving and making eye contact they couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge me. I get it, having a walk in customer throws off the flow, but if someone had even said something as simple as hello, I see you and will be right with you, I would not have minded waiting longer. But all the expressions I saw just reflected that I was invisible. So I took myself and my money elsewhere. I was thinking about trying again today, but going by the reviews I see that this is normal for this branch. Too bad, I pass this restaurant daily and would have been a repeat customer if there had been any customer service.

  I’m glad they have AI to take your order at the drive thru, because you can guarantee the robot will be nice and respectful. I had to walk in unfortunately and I just got stared at by the people behind the counter. Waited for about 5 minutes and asked if I could get help, and I got another stare. Decided to go to the bathroom while I waited and the bathroom was completely trashed, no soap, paper towels or anything. Decided to eat somewhere else where I know the workers are washing their hands. They really should do secret shoppers if they don’t already.
