  I am not sure who the manager was tonight. I do know he had locs and a face tattoo but he deserves a raise or something for today! I came in, hungry and he explained that they were having a fryer situation so a lot of the items I wanted would take a while. I suggested Bo-Berry’s since I saw they had those. He worked with me and not only gave me my meal for free but also gave me a bit extra. He also de-escalated a situation between his workers and was kind throughout it all. I appreciate him for what he did!

  They have an AI bot at the drive through instead of ordering with a real person. So strange I won’t be back

  Store can’t handle the customer load and has to temporarily close lobby and drive thru , 2nd time in 3 weeks on a Friday night ,

  ⭐️ 1 star I’m really disappointed with the customer service at Bojangles Store #16 (1402 West Trade St, Charlotte, NC) during my recent online order pickup. I placed an order ahead of time expecting a quick, smooth experience. When I arrived, I approached the employee at the register to let her know I was there to pick up my online order. She instructed me to go to the other side to pick it up. My order was visibly ready, so I assumed she would hand it to me or at least assist—but instead, she walked away with no follow-up or acknowledgment. I waited about 6 minutes before anyone came to help. During that time, I was ignored while other customers who arrived after me were helped first. When I finally spoke up and politely said, “Ma’am, my food is available—can you assist me?” the employee responded with an attitude and was rude simply because I asked for assistance. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Basic courtesy and fair service should be standard—especially when a customer’s order is already prepared. I truly hope management addresses the customer service issues at this location.

  This Bojangles is usually one of the best but because of this incident tonight i will not be back. I went in to grab a 12 piece family meal for dinner tonight and everything was great until I received my food at the counter. I took a look at everything and noticed that they left out the biscuits, coleslaw, and the 1/2 gallon of tea so basically half the meal, thankfully i caught it and was able to get the rest of my order. When i get home to eat the chicken it tasted burnt and old like the grease was old and then the chicken had sat out. My family couldn’t eat that so i took it right back and tried to get some fresh chicken. One of the workers claims it was fresh this time round but it wasn’t, it was cooked out of the same batch i had just brought back and then i get home again only to notice that i only have 10 pieces of chicken. I refuse to go back again, worst $50 spent👎🏾
