We have a layover in Charlotte, the first thing I saw walking through the airport was Bojangles. I ran towards Bojangles like was in the Olympic trials. It was everything, I thought it would be and exceed my expectations!

Although busy, the cashier greeted me and took my order quickly. My food came a few minutes later with such efficiency and accurate. I had enough time before my flight to relax and eat. My order was fresh and hot with all needed extras.

Today I walk up to the counter and start to order and the girl turns and yells at another employee and walks away. This isn't the first time this has happened to me here so this time I just walked away. Last time I had to repeat my order four times due to getting interrupted in the same manner. Won't bother wasting my time at this location in the future but I'm sure they couldn't care less. Notice in the picture that there isnt a line during lunch time. Anyone familiar with this airport knows how busy it is so it looks like I'm not the only one avoiding the awful service.
