Hard, old or over seasoned fries. My Cajun filet has not had the cheese on it more often than it has. Missing items. Like it's ridiculous. Today was my last straw. I ordered 4 plain biscuits, 2 large seasoned fries and a medium Pepsi. I get to the window and ask the young man to put 2 biscuits and a fry in 2 separate bags. I get home to 1 biscuit and 1 fry in each bag. This is simple math. He literally had to divide by 2 to get this very simple order bagged separately. I called and the manager said I can come get them but reading is fundamental.

As much as love Bojangles I will go to a different store everytime I don’t care if they are close to my house. Terrible customer service and rude. I ordered a 3 pc dinner, got handed a tender meal. Waited for 2 mins because the drive thru girl decided to just walk away and not come back. So this guy comes up and I tell him what’s wrong, he proceeds to tells me that’s what they got in the system and I told him no it’s not I got a 3 pc dinner. He looks up at the screen and goes grabs my chicken and tells me oh i just gave you the wrong chicken. I said im still missing my dirty rice, he rolls his eyes catches an attitude and grabs my dirty rice. Not to mention they gave me no hot sauce and I paid for a large fry and I got a medium. Please go to a different location this place sucks and is rude.
