  Was very good the first time I came. Unfortunately, this time I fear they gave me old chicken and a biscuit that had been sitting for hours. Both were very hard.

  I d picking up a DoorDash order. When I pulled up to the window there was a manager squeegee in the floor & another employee just looking at me. Not once did they speak to me until after several attempts of hollering for the drive thru employee to come, the manager was hollering for the drive-thru employee to come, which literally took her 3 minutes to get to the window, that he open need the window to see what I needed. He still didn't my hell lol me he waited for the other employee to come! I observed when she was the order that the fries were sitting out on the counter instead of under the he heat lamp. I thought the reasoning behind the fries being on the counter was maybe they were about to close because it was 10pm but she said not in not 11pm. I hope the customers good was still l edible & if not I hope DoorDash gave them a refund! I'm glad that wasn't my food!!

  Bojangles has some good food from the chicken to chicken sandwiches and salads 😋😋😋😋

  I regretted getting my free* Cajun filet biscuit from this location. After standing for 10 minutes watching a manager (?) on her phone and a cashier who had no idea what they were doing trying to not run into each other, I was finally able to just tell them I had an online order I was picking up (free* Cajun filet with a promo code, added egg and cheese and a honey mustard (all a separate charge and I was fine with, it's part of why the main cost of the biscuit was free). I was annoyed but fine with the wait to this point, but then to see this cashier open up every Cajun filet biscuit in their window looking for the one with egg and cheese, not finding it and asking for one to be made in front of me, and then come to find out they still gave me a Cajun filet with no egg or cheese is just comical. That all being said: order was wrong but the Chicken and biscuit were great

  Went inside to order and couldn’t bring myself to actually get food from this establishment. Smelled like urine, food and trash all over the floors, slow service. Ever heard of a broom?
