Funny because when I went inside the store. I tested calling the restaurant and staff literally ignored the phone ringing. I picked up the food, it taste terrible and over cooked. Negative on food quality. I put in a ticket through customer service. Never received a response. Im guessing sorry customer service is part of the Bo’ Time culture.

It’s had to come by anymore. So I wanted to take a minute and acknowledge kind people when I see or meet them. Definitely recommend stopping in this Bojangles on Providence Road near (Waverly). The eggs are nice and clean looking as well. No brown eggs on my biscuit they are always nice and yellow. A++ in my opinion. This Bojangles should be the standard for all Bojangles.
