  My Daughter and I stop in at the Bo’s on Galleria at-least 4-5 times a week for breakfast after we drop her siblings off to school. This morning I was on independence and stoped at this Bo’s instead, big mistake. After placing my order I handed cash to the teller, the manager Stephanie (ET phone home looking ah lady in a blond wig) had a nasty attitude first thing in the morning saying they don’t have any change so I can go to the bank and get change or find someplace else to eat, but I need to hurry up and make a decision and get the hell on. I was never rude or nasty so I’m not sure who pissed her off and I didn’t know that’s how Bo’s feels about their customers. Night and day difference between Galleria and Independence. Hey Bo’s how does a breakfast spot be open on a Friday morning and not have change?? Sounds like someone didn’t do their job. Excellent customer service Stephanie ya 🤡. Galleria Bo’s I love yall, yall are the goats!!!! And the don’t forget my BBQ sauce 😂

  This location has a 92.0 rating from the Health Department, but the Health Department needs to come again and reevaluate. I dined inside last night (12/21/25), and unfortunately I ordered before looking around at the unsanitary conditions of the restaurant. The soda machine in the customer area has excessive mold underneath near the nozzles, especially on the water dispenser handle. The back area where employees were working was cluttered and dirty. The bathrooms were nasty, with what looked like poop in the urinal and what appeared to be mold on the soap dispenser. The trash cans in the eating area had food and sauces all grimed up around the top. The chicken was cold, the biscuits were decent, the fries were hot but you can tell they were fried in old based on how dark they were The only redeeming part of the visit was the girl who took my order. She said she was new and kept apologizing for the wait, but she was the only employee putting in effort. She was taking orders and fulfilling them. She was finding out what people needed and trying to help. All the other employees I saw were slowly shuffling around looking like they didn’t care to be there. I didn’t bring any complaints while dining in because I couldn’t who was in charge and based on the state of the restaurant it wouldn’t matter because whoever is in charge doesn’t care. The managers of this location need to be fired, the owner needs to be replaced, and the new girl needs to get a job at a better company that she will shine for her efforts. I will not eat at this location again, and hopefully I don’t get food poisoning from this visit.
