When it was my turn to order I said good morning and smile, she just looked at me with a stank face and didnt say anything. Lady, please get out of customer service if you cant be kind, I did nothing to you. Ice dispenser has a lot of mold in it as well
- JWJaclyn WallaceDec 19, 20251.0sorry but the experience this morning at a non-rush hour was comical. random sign that couldnt really read said something about no cash so i pulled out of drive-thru (thank goodness i did) but i should've just driven home. ordered at kiosk then stood in the pick-up line which became the honor system as to who gets their meal serviced. wanted simple 2 egg and cheese biscuits and hasbrowns. only received 1 sandwich at first had to ask for the 2nd.. she threw in a random sandwich sitting on warmer which was a bacon, egg hashbrown creation that was not correct.

My biscuit was steaming fresh and the chicken was delicious. The staff we're excellent with me and the other customers. The manager is wonderful. I had concerns when I pulled in, It is a random fast food restaurant after all, but they were unfounded fears. Great job! Expect a line at lunch time and breakfast, this is Steele Creek after all.

I don’t need fine dining, or employees grinning ear-to-ear over a job I wouldn’t expect anyone to be enthusiastic about… so take it to heart when I say this is one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever had the displeasure of having to interact with. I mean this sincerely when I say that, if you blindfolded a German Shepherd and coaxed it with treats to put the food in the bag, it would still somehow manage to do a better job at that than the employees here did.
