I asked for a light biscuit with extra egg, and when I asked if the biscuit was light, she just shrugged and said, “I guess so.” When I got home, the biscuit was hard, rubbery, and tasted like it was from yesterday—it even left an aftertaste and hurt my teeth. It was completely inedible, and I have never had a biscuit like that before. This is actually the second time I’ve had issues at this location. A few weeks ago, an employee at the driveway was nice but unsanitary, handling food with the same gloves he had used for money. I had to stop him because I didn’t want my sandwich contaminated. This location has seriously fallen off. Employees are rude, inattentive, and not properly trained. This used to be my favorite Bojangles, but I will never return to this location. Please train your staff and get your employees together this level of service and food quality is unacceptable. Long story short I had to take the biscuit off and just eat the egg and cheese. If I get sick I know where I got it from
