I cannot remember the last time I had such a good experience with service employees. Jacob (hope I spelled that correctly) was fun and very nice. He made me feel welcome and had an actual conversation with me. He informed about the different flavors too. I know Ben & Jerry’s is kind of pricey but the quality of products and services was worth it.
