I wish I had opened the box in store instead of when I got home because then I maybe would have tried to see if they could have fixed it ... this was the cake I ordered ...this was the cake I received... I payed 50 dollars for a cake that looks like it was rushed through and not cared for ! Not the same color tone either...Not happy!!!!

It took the employee 20 minutes to make my ice cream order because she used one had to hold her cell phone while she talked with her phone on speakerphone. She worked with her other phone. She was super slow. Although friendly once she acknowledged me, the whole experience was super painful. Also, someone she obviously knew came in and was not charged for what he received. This was my first & very last visit here.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
